Amuro, a friend currently living in Germany, gave me this recipe.
He said every German family makes Gluehwein (mulled wine) in winter time.
I simplify it a little (because I have no cloves). And actually it’s easy to make.
Gluehwein keeps me warm and alive in the cold day.
500ml red wine
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 orange (I used organic orange that planted by my friend’s father!!)
1. Place red wine, water with sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan or a pot.
2. Cut orange in 1/4, squeeze some juice into the wine and also place the orange peel into the wine.
3. Heat it slowly….
