Recuerdos de la Alhambra

One Saturday night, when Kevin drove me home, we listened to the guitar music
all the way. I couldn’t remember the name of the album, but I felt so comfortable
with the mild and natural tone. Classical guitar music is so nice for the
night driving. It’s like… kind of wind bath🙂

I tried to find some guitar music in these days. “Recuerdos de la Alhambra”
(“Memories of the Alhambra” in English), which was composed by Francisco
Tarrega, is one of my favorite. The Alhambra is an ancient mosque, where
the Muslim kings lived. The tremolo technique used a lot in the music. The
sound is like wind blowing. It’s beautiful and leisure.

Listening with AT ATH-Pro700, no detail of the music is lost, even at lower volumes.
After it run for hours, the music is more and more smooth.

“Integral de la obra para guitarra” is another album that was also composed by
Tarrega. He is indeed a great composer🙂

  1. I have just listened to “Recuerdos de la Alhambra.” I recall that one of my senior high school classmates, Wang, played the music by guitar during a music class. He was a member of the classical guitar club. What a beautiful melody it is! It is like breeze murmurs.😀
